The pieces are in place for a push into Tripoli.

Libyan rebels claimed a major triumph yesterday as they announced they had taken over a massive weapons storage site some 20 miles south of the mountain town of Zintan. The weapons depot is important because it helps shore up rebel supplies for an eventual advance on Tripoli.

Despite calls for a negotiated end to the conflict, [the NATO tempo of airstrikes wil continue] to give rebel fighters a decisive edge in their battle to topple Col Gaddafi.

NATO needs to continue their air campaign. The rebels need to "press the thing" and get this over with. Gadhafi is all but finished. He must be pursued until the end, until he is captured and taken to the Hague in chains or is killed.
